Huawei announced, on Monday (7), the launch of the Huawei Watch GT 3 in the Brazilian market. The Chinese smartwatch retains the sophisticated design and draws attention to autonomy, as the battery can last up to two weeks on just one charge. Brazilian consumers can find the device in two versions: 42 and 46 mm.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 has the main features we’ve already found in other watches of the brand. In addition to the premium look, the company added a 1.43-inch AMOLED display in the 46 mm and 1.32″ version for the smaller, 42 mm model. As in other generations, the new appliances have water resistance up to 5 ATM (50 meters).

In terms of features, they offer over 100 training modes including running, hiking, climbing, hiking, cycling, elliptical, swimming and skiing. One feature Huawei highlights are safety guidelines for outdoor workouts, which show sunrise and sunset periods, tide times, moon phases and severe weather alerts.

Monitoring of sleep, oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2), menstrual cycle and body conditions are other resources. All data extracted by the watch is automatically saved in the Huawei Health app. The company says it has improved heart rate tracking technology, delivering “twice the number of receiving lights and an updated AI algorithm.”

In connectivity, the Watch GT 3 already comes with built-in GPS and Bluetooth. The company confirms that it does not support e-SIM, virtual chip for voice and data. However, you can use it during a connection when connected to your smartphone.

In autonomy, the brand states that the Watch GT 3 46 mm has battery for up to 14 days and the smaller model, 7 days. In heavy use, these numbers fall to 8 and 4 days, respectively.
