Mibro, a brand that receives support from Xiaomi, launched a new smartwatch this week. This is the Mibro Lite, a smart watch that stands out for its built-in wrist oximeter and battery that promises more than a week’s life. The wearable still draws attention to the suggested price of $59.99.
The Mibro Lite features a circular body, as does the 43 mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 4. Its screen features AMOLED technology, 2.5D glass and is 1.3 inch long. In addition, the watch is 9.8 mm thick, IP68 certified, weighs 48 grams and is available only in one color: black.
The launch has sensors to monitor the user’s heartbeat and sleep. The decoy is by the pulse oximeter, capable of determining the oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2). The watch also tracks fifteen different physical activities and can still be used as a remote control for the cell phone camera.
The wearable has a 230 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, the component is able to deliver up to eight days of duration, depending on the use. The recharging is made by a magnetic connector, which is attached to the back of the watch, similar to the Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch.
To connect to the smartphone, the device uses its own brand app, known as Mibro. The release is compatible with Android and iPhone (iOS) phones.
