Joshua Burns, 30, from Vancouver, Canada, began his transformational “journey” at the age of 19 when he had his tongue cut in two. Then he went on to carve scales on his arms, tattooed his eyeballs, cut off the lobes of his ears, sewing them and giving them a pointed shape.

Then he went on dyeing his tongue purple and inserted silicone “horns” on his forehead. He continued the work with a series of tattoos also on the penis and gums. His girlfriend, Tristan Risk, 40, supports his project and pushed him into transformation.
Burns said: “I want to be 100% covered like a dragon and break all the world records for tattoos and body modification. But I also want to look aesthetically pleasing.”
